Refunds
Once your return request has been approved and the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they have been processed for shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first and then contact our support team.
We will do our best to assist with the investigation.
However, Cindra Lab is not responsible for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
